Based in London with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), you'll lead our Data Platform team through an exciting period of growth and strategic delivery. This is a leadership role focused on our high performing team, delivery and operational excellence.

You'll lead engineering managers, ICs and teams, shape the Data Platform roadmap, oversee strategic technology partners and vendors, and ensure our platform continues to operate reliably at scale. While a technical background is important, this isn't a hands on architecture role.

Working as part of the Data Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Commercial teams and strategic technology partners to deliver a scalable, reliable data platform that enables better decision-making across the business.
