As an Associate Manager, R&D Engineering you’ll support the Product Engineering team by leading a high-performing team, drive innovation, and shape the future of medical technology.

What You Will Do Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering growth, engagement, and retention. Drive project execution by planning, budgeting, and staffing initiatives to meet business goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by overseeing technical documentation and design controls.

Influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders through clear, effective communication. Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in hiring and team development. Manage cost center budgets, including forecasting and tracking financial performance.

Mentor team members in technical disciplines and performance management practices. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum six years of relevant professional experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others in a technical environment. Experience managing projects with defined budgets and timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in people management or performance coaching. Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry.

Proven ability to deliver programs on time, within scope and budget. Knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices. $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
