- you have a track record of delivering systems that operate at scale with high durability and low operational burden. - You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a ten-year architecture as you are diving into a subtle distributed systems bug that only manifests under production load.
- 10+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience designing, building, operating
- managing large-scale distributed systems or web services - Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline - Experience architecting systems with rigorous durability, availability

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
