Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Project lead / Project Manager to drive the the design, development and Industrialization of advanced automotive electronic control units such as ECU (Electronic control units), Body Control Modules (BCM), Zone ECUs (ZECU)
- Vehicle Control Units (VCU). This role involves end-to-end ownership of Mechanical Engineering development for ECUs from concept to industrialization, working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers
- OEMs. 1. Project Planning & Execution Own end-to-end ECU Mechanics sub-project execution from requirement definition to series production. Analyze, define
- finalize project requirements, specifications
- technical scope. Prepare, manage
- control project schedules, milestones, approvals
- agreements. Support prototype, pilot, production
- ramp-up phases to ensure stable series launch. 2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Software, Hardware, Design, Quality, Purchasing
- Production Plants. Act as the primary Mechanical Engineering interface for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate closely with customers and partners on technical alignment, milestones, deviations
- quality topics. 3. Quality, Risk & Problem Management Track project performance against Quality, Cost, Delivery
- Risk targets and initiate corrective and preventive actions. Drive quantitative risk management and provide data-based inputs for project and steering committee decisions. Identify, assess

- quality risks. Lead structured problem solving through 8D, DAR, CAR, Root Cause Analysis

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-10 years
