  • work on automation and tool development with key stakeholders. Key job responsibilities - Own 3YF AMZL Last Mile POR Execution and delivery to secure incremental capacity - Improve topology optimization engine/tools used on a daily/weekly basis for greater accuracy and productivity - Work with multiple stakeholders (10 to 12) across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning to successfully deliver POR - Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value
  • driving automation - Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion - Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams - Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals - Perform data analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenge
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
