Job Description Summary Performs analytical and operational services that enable the team to function efficiently. Job Description Major accountabilities: Knowledge of well established procedures or a set of un varying routines possibly covered by a set of rules.
Follows documentation or clear custom and practice. Solves problems which are defined and repetitive. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators: Compliance with requirements -Required tasks done according to their priority, set deadlines and in good quality.
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Market and customer intelligence. Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
