- Role Summary We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop
- support enterprise automation solutions using RPA, chatbots, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python
- Low-Code platforms. The candidate should have strong technical skills, be able to independently deliver automation solutions, collaborate with stakeholders
- contribute to team learning and innovation. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy
- support Intelligent Automation solutions across the complete automation lifecycle. Develop and maintain automation solutions using RPA, Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI
- Low-Code platforms. Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and related technologies. Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases
- cloud services. Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis
- ensure timely resolution. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions. Provide production support, technical documentation
- follow development best practices. Support team members in resolving technical issues and actively contribute to competency-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Continuously learn and adopt new automation and AI technologies to drive innovation.
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- a related field. 5–7 years of overall experience with hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation technologies. Experience in RPA (Automation Anywhere preferred), Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts
- Azure AI services. Good understanding of Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, databases, GitHub/GitHub Copilot, n8n, Power Pages
- OutSystems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management
- teamwork skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a strong learning mindset.
