" Job Description& Summary We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive Director to join our PwC Salesforce Practice, focused on the Manufacturing and Automotive industry.

This role involves deep engagement with our esteemed clients, developing and sustaining strong business relationships with client leadership, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within accounts, and delivering customized Salesforce and Operations solutions aligned with industry-specific challenges.

The Director will support the ED/Partner in driving consulting and delivery proposals while leading delivery teams to ensure value realization for the clients. A strong Salesforce CRM background with a proven track record in revenue growth through account mining and new logo acquisition is essential.

As the face of Account Engagement in Mumbai and Gurgaon, the Director will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding PwC’s Salesforce practice footprint within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients in the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors across Mumbai and Gurgaon, including expansion of new clients in these domains.

Consistently engage with client leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and create a larger share of mind for Salesforce and Operations solutions tailored to Manufacturing and Automotive industry needs. Manage and exceed client expectations by building and sustaining long-term, trust-based relationships.

Proactively create new market opportunities, promote the PwC brand, and maintain awareness of competitive dynamics specifically within the Manufacturing and Automotive verticals. Oversee end-to-end project delivery and financials, including scope, timelines, quality, and profitability for Salesforce implementations and related consulting engagements.

Contribute to thought leadership by innovating and developing industry-centric Operations consulting offerings, participating in relevant industry seminars and forums focused on Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Cloud, Analytics, IoT, and Automation aligned to Manufacturing and Automotive business models.

Expertise & Skills Extensive leadership experience managing large and complex Salesforce delivery programs and IT transformations within Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM technology stack and its applications specific to Manufacturing and Automotive business processes.

Proven ability to manage P&L, contract compliance, delivery, and client satisfaction (CSAT) for large-scale accounts across multiple geographies. Experience in leading multi-location, global transitions, application management services (AMS), and in-flight programs tailored for Manufacturing and Automotive clients.

Deep domain knowledge of Manufacturing and Automotive industry business processes (e.g., supply chain, dealer management, production planning, quality management) integrated with CRM solutions. Track record of implementing digital transformation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes within the Manufacturing and Automotive context.

Hands-on involvement in strategy definition, roadmap creation, and complex product development cycle management in Manufacturing and Automotive industries. Expertise in managing business-critical 24x7 service delivery models using global delivery frameworks and tools.

Commitment to delivery excellence through metrics, security compliance, and audit readiness in regulated Manufacturing and Automotive environments. Strong people management capabilities with experience leading and mentoring large, diverse teams.

Leadership Skills Exceptional leadership and people management skills to inspire and guide managers and delivery teams. Deep understanding of Manufacturing and Automotive industry standards, regulations, and business operations. Superior communication skills, both written and oral, tailored to leadership and client interactions in manufacturing contexts.

Strategic planning and organizational capabilities to meet challenging goals and customer expectations. Innovative mindset to develop and implement new solutions addressing industry-specific challenges. Analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights for Manufacturing and Automotive clients.

Mandatory Skill Sets Salesforce Delivery Director with extensive experience in CRM strategy and implementation. Demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing and Automotive industry solutions. Preferred Skill Sets Prior Director-level experience managing large Salesforce practice areas or delivery teams in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
