- memorialize technical accounting position papers - Review licensing agreements and interpret contractual terms to determine appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606 - Prepare and review technical accounting memos under US GAAP, ensuring regulatory compliance - Execute quarterly reviews and sign-offs on SOX 404 key controls, ensuring robust internal control framework - Understand internal control design concepts sufficient to assess the effectiveness of controls and design new processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Production, Tax, Sales
- Technology to ensure alignment and effective information flow - Build trust and credibility with senior leadership through clear, concise communication - End-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners - Drive projects, provide accounting guidance
- often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to launch new projects and resolve issues - Enhance partnerships between Accounting and various business and IT groups Process Improvement & Automation - Evaluate existing processes and recommend, develop
- drive improvements to increase efficiency and scalability - Drive AI and automation solutions for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting processes - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to drive positive change across the organization - Create process improvements with automation and analysis to scale and improve controllership with measurable results Leadership & Team Development - Lead delivery of accounting tasks and projects across multiple business verticals - Prioritization of tasks while providing active coaching to a team of talented individuals - Escalate risks and issues as necessary to leadership - Act as a subject matter expert for internal technology teams and business partners
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
