Role Summary As an Instructional Designer, you will act as a strategic learning partner to identify capability gaps and design high-impact learning solutions. You will own end-to-end learning lifecycle from diagnosis to continuous improvement.
The goal is to develop high-quality, engaging content that enhances skills, improves knowledge and ensures compliance. Key Responsibilities Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operations leaders to identify learning gaps and performance objectives.
Content Development: Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and interactive quizzes. E-learning Authoring: Create interactive content using tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline 360, Elucidate, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
LMS Management: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, manage, track, and report on training compliance and effectiveness. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training assets.
Technology Integration: Implement new technologies into training, such as simulations for e-commerce software or AI-driven training tools. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Authoring Tools: Proven proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), Elucidate or Captivate Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, video editing, and graphic design. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write scripts and storyboard.
