Job Profile Summary A Manager or Pricing Standards with CVS Health Leads key components of the sales support function, ensuring high-quality execution of proposal development and pricing support.

Partners closely with senior leadership to implement strategies, manage workflows, and deliver insights that support business growth. Plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into actionable plans while maintaining and enhancing pricing content across proposal resources.

Job Description A Brief Overview The Manager of Pricing Standards manages the day-to-day execution of pricing and proposal development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Collaborates with Sr. Manager and Director-level leadership to operationalize strategy, optimize processes, and support pricing and sales initiatives.

Provides analytical insights, manages workflows, and ensures pricing language across proposal resources remains accurate, competitive, and consistent with enterprise positioning. What You Will Do Maintains and updates pricing language across proposal resources, including blueprints, content libraries, and pricing commitment documents, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current pricing strategies and contractual positioning Ensures alignment of proposal pricing language with enterprise pricing strategy, regulatory requirements, and approved contract constructs Executes proposal strategy and supports development of high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs Partners with sales, pricing, and leadership teams to refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning within proposals, pricing commitment documents, and consultant blueprints.

Tracks and manages timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time pricing content development Collaborates with pricing, legal, and subject matter experts to continuously refine and enhance standard pricing narratives and commitments Supports pricing-related analyses and contributes to the development of competitive, market-aligned proposals content Maintains and enhances proposal templates, tools, and content libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency Supports client-facing activities as needed, including preparation materials for meetings and responses to follow-ups Identifies opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and overall team effectiveness Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales support, proposal management, pricing, or related field Proficiency in data analysis and business insights, with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations Preferred Requirements Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Demonstrated growth mindset, with ability to take on increasing responsibility and develop others Strong execution and delivery skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Education Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
