Job Summary This job manages delivery of technical projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and execution milestones. It involves tracking risks, facilitating decisions, and aligning stakeholders across disciplines.
The role supports project success through structured planning, effective communication, and adherence to delivery frameworks. Job Description Responsibilities: Managing delivery of technology projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and inputs from cross-functional engineering and product teams Planning and maintaining detailed project schedules and tracking progress against key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Overseeing scope, risks, and quality metrics while supporting adherence to project lifecycle standards and governance processes Collaborating with technical leads to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with intended project outcomes Escalating unresolved blockers, emerging risks, or ambiguous technical requirements to senior leaders for visibility and support Leading Agile and hybrid delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and issue resolution across squads Communicating project status, decisions, and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across organizational levels Supporting budgeting and resource allocation by identifying project needs and tracking time or cost impacts across workstreams Monitoring vendor performance, coordinating deliverables, and managing interdependencies across internal and external contributors Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
