Performance Engineer – Exp 5-10 years Job Description Manage End to End Performance Engineering/Testing Delivery for Key Projects Required skills Strong experience in performance testing and engineering for web, mobile, and hybrid applications.
Advanced proficiency in JMeter (Groovy, JSR223, Web HTTP, Selenium WebDriver). Hands-on scripting using TypeScript/JavaScript with Playwright. Expertise in root cause analysis of performance issues and providing recommendations through proof-of-concepts.
Ability to evaluate performance across UI, middleware, and backend layers . Solid experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, and other profiling utilities. Familiarity with AWS Cloud monitoring (CloudWatch) and Azure/AWS key services for performance monitoring and DevOps.
Client-side performance testing using Lighthouse and Sitespeed . End-to-end ownership of performance testing projects, including requirements gathering, test design, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting . Programming knowledge in SQL and at least one language such as Java or Python .
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and tools. Desired skills Experience creating Sitespeed scripts and conducting Front-end performance analysis . Usage of AI and ML for testing, analysis or reporting Knowledge of K6 with Grafana and Artillery for load testing.
