  • Serve as the primary face of WW product launches for ICAA—ensuring the organization is prepared, enabled, and positioned to maximize the impact of every launch led by our SGTM partners.
  • Own the Direct Advertiser Agreement (DAA) program end-to-end for the ICAA organization, including the 2027 program build, development of new incentive structures

  • Act as the single-threaded sales champion for Tier 1 multi-region events including Unboxed, Upfronts, and Cannes—coordinating ICAA’s presence, messaging, and sales strategy across these tentpole moments.
  • Develop new and improve existing mechanisms (e.g., newsletters, enablement sessions, toolkits) to keep ICAA sales teams informed and prepared for new product and feature launches.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams, iterate on processes, and drive continuous improvement across GTM mechanisms and launch execution.
  • Engage with and influence senior Sales and GTM leaders (Director+) to drive alignment, secure resources, and advocate for ICAA priorities within the broader Ads organization.
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience managing P&L or revenue targets at a regional or country level. - Strong executive communication skills — ability to present complex data and trade-offs to senior leadership. - Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with distributed teams across multiple time zones. - Knowledge of programmatic advertising, self-service ad platforms

As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
