  • Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming raw materials, including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions accurately within the ERP system.
  • Deliver materials to production areas as needed to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Maintain MRD cards and update due dates for received materials.
  • Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management practices.
  • Process and manage Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and Non-Conforming Notices (NCNs).
  • Support third-party order processing, including Bill of Lading (BOL) preparation, purchase order entry, part tracking, receiving, shipping, freight coordination, and supplier communication.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve material and delivery issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing MRD, Kanban, ARC, and in-line replenishment principles.
  • Participate in cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Utilize computers and handheld scanners to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a forklift driver's license.
  • Minimum one year of material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred), Windows applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend
  • lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift to 50 pounds without restriction Approximately 25–40% of the position requires computer and handheld scanner use.
