Work Flexibility: Onsite Permanent role What you will do: Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives. Responsible for delivering all production-based activities with 12-month s proven competency : Receiving products and putting away in locators, Picking , packing and shipping products to our customers.
Support with non- production-based activities: Creation and Maintenance of DEMO Bill’s of Material. Empty locator, cycle counting, lot consolidation etc. Responsible for processing company returns (customer owned, consignment, technical service and PIs.
Processing trade compliance documentation for shipments to/from GB to NI and EU and m aintain the companies Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) Report . Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality-based activities inc.
Human Tissue products . Delivering value-added services for the business. Training new starters in all aspects of the role ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions. Detailed understanding of all processes procedures and systems to enable carrying out a task; suggest and implement, through the right channels, changes for process improvement.
As a process specialist, responsible for supporting Lead Coordinators with troubleshooting and investigating any issues that arise to ensure our services are delivered. Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager if unable to utilise knowledge and processes to make an informed decision Identify area for continuous improvement , increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level. Promote a safe working environment and champion quality , ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy. Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture.
Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business. What you will need: Education GCSE or higher. Experience Valid IATA and/or ADR Dangerous Goods qualification (beneficial but not mandatory). Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (beneficial but not mandatory) .
A working knowledge of Warehouse processes and ERP/WMS (Oracle or similar) is essential.
