- Job Title Data & AI Solutions manager/analyst Job Description Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the analysis of complex datasets and the development of AI models to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Directs the development and implementation of efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Drives the deployment of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability

- Manages data governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines in the collection, storage, and use of data assets.

- Leads troubleshooting efforts for data quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Partners with business teams to understand their data needs and challenges, translating requirements into well-defined technical specifications and actionable data solutions.
- Provides strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on data and AI initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends to drive competitive advantage and business growth.
- Ensures continuous improvement of data engineering and AI capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing processes, and driving innovation to deliver value-added solutions to the organization.

Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Data Handling, Data Analytics, AI Modeling or equivalent. Preferred Experience: Experience in using programming languages such as Python, R, JAVA, C/C++ Knowledge of the Azure data stack, data bricks
