We’re seeking someone to join our team as an India Service Delivery - Associate to play a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally.

The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes. In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed.

This is an Associate level position within the HCMES Service Delivery is an integral part of the Firm's Human Resources division providing fundamental operational support across all areas of HR on a global basis. This function is also responsible for business-as-usual activities, supporting the Firm's Performance cycles, L2 support for the India Coverage, and Learning Management systems and downstream applications.

What you'll do in the role: - Own and drive end-to-end resolution of escalations and complex inquiries from employees, HR Business Partners, and the India Coverage team, ensuring quick turnaround and adherence to defined SLAs.

Serve as a senior point of contact for the India Coverage team on hire-to-retire processes, providing guidance to Analysts and independently managing high-priority or sensitive cases. Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively identify pain points, foresee operational and compliance challenges, and recommend process changes, policy refinements, or system enhancements.

Manage domestic relocation, leave management, workforce reduction, and exit processes end-to-end — ensuring policy compliance, statutory adherence, timely execution, and consistent employee experience. Analyze ticket trends, root causes, and volume patterns using data from HRRT/AskHR and other systems; translate insights into RCAs, process improvements, and automation opportunities.

Present data-driven recommendations and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership, using strong analytical and data comprehension skills to influence decisions. Lead process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge management to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness (KMCS compliance).

Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Benefits, and Technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle sensitive and confidential situations — such as separations, workforce reductions, and grievances — with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

Coach and mentor Analysts on the team, review their work for quality, and support their upskilling on tools, processes, and stakeholder management. Champion continuous improvement and AI/automation adoption (e.g., Copilot, AskHR) to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort in query resolution.

What you'll bring to the role: At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Bachelor's degree with at least 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery, or Shared Services.

Prior experience within Financial Services is a plus but not required. Proven stakeholder management skills — ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence HR Business Partners, employees, and cross-functional teams at multiple levels of seniority.

Strong analytical and data comprehension skills — comfortable working with large data sets, identifying trends, performing RCAs, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivots, lookups, formulas, data analysis) is required; familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.

Proactive problem-solving mindset — ability to foresee challenges, anticipate downstream impact, and recommend solutions before issues escalate. Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and short turnaround times, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
