- Join the Alexa Preview Team and help shape the future of Alexa+ and Echo devices. As a Sr. Program Manager within the Devices and Services Org, you will be working closely with cross-functional partners, to develop comprehensive Beta Plans and Mechanisms and represent Voice of the Customer throughout the product lifecycle. Key job responsibilities - Build beta program frameworks by establishing success criteria, KPIs
- feedback collection mechanisms to derive insights and recommendations for Alexa+ and Echo products. - Support moderately complex programs that are medium to large scale from initiation through delivery. - Gather requirements from appropriate business owners and write clear and detailed plans outlining methods to gather and analyze Preview participant feedback in order to deliver on requirements. - Collaborate with product, research
- data science teams to deliver cohorts and conduct studies to support the development of product insights and voice of the customer feedback. A day in the life As a Sr. Program Manager on the Alexa Preview Team, you will develop and refine our Standard Feature Testing Program
- ensure we deliver quality insights to support Alexa+ and Echo Product Development. To do this, you will review and conduct analysis of beta participant performance data and program trends

- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree
