About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative (CSO2) within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) , part of Corporate & Investment Banking.
This role serves as a critical point of contact for commercial and corporate clients utilizing Treasury Management products and services. As a trusted client advocate, you will deliver consultative support, resolve complex service inquiries, and partner across operations, sales, implementation, and relationship management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

In This Role, You Will
- In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional service and support to commercial and business banking clients utilizing Treasury Management solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client inquiries related to cash management, payments, liquidity, and treasury services.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve complex client issues while coordinating with internal business partners to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, Operations teams, and third-party vendors to provide an elevated client experience.
- Exercise independent judgment to interpret policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service solutions.
- Identify client trends, service opportunities, and process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Analyze service exceptions and recommend products, solutions, or workflow improvements that help clients optimize their banking experience.
- Provide guidance and training to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Treasury Management products and services.
- Support implementation and onboarding activities while helping clients navigate product functionality and service capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate across business groups to resolve escalated concerns, influence outcomes, and drive successful client solutions.
- Act as a resource and knowledge partner for colleagues and support the onboarding and development of newer team members.
- Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management, Cash Management, Payments, Commercial Banking
- Liquidity products and services.
- Experience supporting clients in a high-volume call center, operations, banking, or financial services environment.
- Banking branch, commercial banking, or treasury client service experience.
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor new team members and business partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating numerous systems and applications simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
