Job Title: Acquisition Support – Management Analysis III Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an Acquisition Support – Management Analysis III to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad.

You’ll provide acquisition and program management support to Defense Health Networks and their Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO) Division delivers the Geographic Service Leads (GSL) model to the Military Health System (MHS) CIOs.

Through the GSL model, the division provides Program Management Support, Enterprise Resource Planning and Management, Enterprise Schedule Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Technical Support Services, Financial Management, and Internal Communications support to the MTFs within their health network/geographic market

Responsibilities

  • The Acquisition Support – Management Analysis III will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
  • Provides subject matter expertise in a wide range of technical, business, and financial areas assisting senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Identifies areas for process development and improvement, ensuring scalable success and developing change management procedures for successful implementation.
  • Implements, monitors, and tracks operational efficiencies, using data to report/justify changes/decisions to MTIO leadership.
  • Strives to improve mission partner engagement and advocacy, and collaborates on strategic direction, operational policy, and guidance to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Works directly with DHA leadership, provides program management support, advises senior leadership regarding technical, business
  • financial aspects of the organization
  • ensures effective implementation of MTIO initiatives.
  • Engages in cross-team collaboration.
  • Serves on topics related to business process, service management, portfolio management, capital planning and investment/budgetary control.
  • Serves on topics related to governance frameworks and organizational decision-making models.
  • Serves as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the technical, business, and financial aspects of the organization.
  • Performs complex independent thinking and tasks; may supervise others.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 (flexible).
  • Travel: occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier I (T1) Public Trust Clearance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, and preparing concise, accurate documents.
  • Applies advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products and related applications.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment. Desired :

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
