All Job Posting Locations: Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany Job Description: Internal posting 16.06. – 30.06.2026 Job Summary The Production Planning Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for all Production Planning (Master Planning, Scheduling, Inventory management) in the plant in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to ensure satisfactory customer service
Key Responsibilities
- GOALS, and communication to site and S&OP leadership team.
- Balances Inventory scenarios with plant capacities and customer service needs.
- Ensures adequate Raw Material inventory to support the capacity plan.
- Supervises production scheduling in alignment with GOALS agreement.
- Works in partnership with other departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering to ensure that a variety of business transactions are completed.
- Leads the Capacity Planners.
- Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills: BS or Engineering degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field. 3-5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical company.
- Good interpersonal relationships & effective communication skills.
- ERP knowledge and computer skills.
- Previous experience leading people.
- APICS certification desired.
