What You Will Be Doing As a Manager, Technical Maintenance at Helion, you will build and lead the team responsible for keeping critical manufacturing equipment safe, reliable
- production-ready as we scale high-voltage capacitor and integrated module production. You will set the operating model for maintenance, develop technicians
- establish practical systems for uptime, troubleshooting, spares
- preventive work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build a strong team while staying close to the equipment, failure modes
- day-to-day execution. You will work closely with manufacturing, process, controls
- equipment engineering teams to support prototype and production lines, improve equipment performance
- help transition maintenance from reactive response to scalable production reliability. This is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office. You Will Build, lead
- develop a high-performing maintenance team focused on safety, ownership
- reliable execution Establish maintenance systems for PMs, CMMS, spares, vendor support, budgets, CAPEX planning, work planning
- equipment documentation Drive uptime, OEE
- equipment reliability through TPM, SPC, root cause analysis
- practical corrective actions Support hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical, controls
- automated production equipment when issues escalate Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to commission equipment, stabilize processes
- improve production readiness Create a maintenance culture that raises technical capability, reinforces standards
- scales with production growth Required Skills 7+ years leading maintenance, equipment
- technical teams in large and complex manufacturing, production
- high-automation environments Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls
- automated equipment troubleshooting Experience building technician capability through hiring, coaching, standards
- structured skill development Experience implementing PMs, CMMS, spares strategies, vendor management, budget controls, CAPEX planning, root cause analysis, TPM
- predictive maintenance practices Track record improving uptime, OEE, equipment reliability
- production stability Ability to operate with urgency and rigor in a fast-moving environment moving from prototype builds to higher-volume production Proven ability to build standards, processes
