The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI models, working with large datasets, and translating business problems into data-driven solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement AI strategies that deliver measurable impact
Responsibilities
- optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring Collaborate with data engineers, product teams
- stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in areas such as NLP, computer vision
- predictive analytics Build scalable data pipelines and ensure model performance, reliability
- efficiency Conduct model validation, testing
- performance tuning Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption where relevant Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy
- compliance standards are followed Mandatory skill sets: Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning
- statistical modeling techniques Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision
- recommendation systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure
- GCP) and AI services Expertise in data structures, algorithms
- software engineering best practices Experience in deploying models using APIs, microservices
- MLOps frameworks Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large-scale datasets Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred skill sets: Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs)
