  • What you’ll be spending your time on:
  • The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will serve as a key member of the FP&A GTM team, combining advanced financial modeling, finance business partnering
  • hands-on data analytics to influence the strategic direction of the global business. This role will report to our FP&A Senior Manager, in Hong Kong
  • Are you someone who can turn complex business drivers into advanced financial models, transform raw operational data into reliable datasets, and build dashboards that help leaders act? This role is a unique blend of corporate finance partner, advanced financial modeler, and data analytics builder. You won’t just analyze financial outcomes
  • you will work hands-on with data pipelines, transform source data into decision-ready datasets, and build the reporting infrastructure needed to drive smarter decisions. You’ll partner closely with our global sales organization, dive deep into meaningful analysis, and help sharpen our financial policies by bridging raw data, business intelligence, and high-level financial strategy

  • What you’ll bring:
  • Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience across FP&A, finance business partnering, advanced financial modeling
  • data analytics, ideally within a global public company or high-growth international environment. Experience in fintech, e-commerce, payments, SaaS, marketplaces
  • other high-volume transaction businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, engineering, data analytics, computer science
  • a related quantitative field, with demonstrated analytical rigor, structured problem-solving
  • intellectual curiosity.
  • Data and analytics toolkit: Required proficiency in SQL, including extracting, transforming
  • loading data from large-scale data warehouses. Strong experience building, maintaining
  • improving business intelligence dashboards in tools such as Looker, Power BI
  • similar platforms is required. Experience with Power Pivot, Python
  • modern financial planning platforms such as Pigment is highly advantageous

What You’ll Do

  • Extract, Transform & Load (ETL): Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses, transforming messy operational data into structured datasets optimized for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Turn numbers into insights: Analyze revenue and OPEX trends to uncover what’s working, what’s changing, and where opportunities lie.
  • Tell the story of the business: Design, build, and maintain automated management reports, executive summaries, and interactive BI dashboards (Looker/Power BI) that highlight insights for senior leadership.
  • Build models that matter: Provide advanced financial modeling and decision support to help guide strategic choices.
  • Drive global impact: Support key initiatives across the GTM organization and Global FP&A–GTM team, contributing to projects that reach markets around the world.
  • Shape our long-range plans: Partner with business teams and regional FP&A leads to refine internal and external long-range forecasts, leveraging automated data pulls to shorten delivery cycles.
  • Track what matters: Build and monitor automated data pipelines for KPIs used to drive the business to greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assess ROI with real business impact: Review GTM investments and marketing campaigns to ensure we’re investing wisely and driving returns.
  • Be hands-on with month-end: Assist with OPEX accruals, journal entries, and PO approvals—keeping our financial engine running smoothly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Support global teams with ad-hoc financial and data requests—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, data-exploration, and challenge.
  • Must have:
  • Advanced financial modeling
  • strong SQL skills
  • experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from large data warehouses (e.g. Big Query)
  • ability to build dashboards or automated reports in a business intelligence tool
  • and the commercial judgment to translate complex data into practical financial recommendations.
  • Not a must but a great advantage :
  • Power Pivot, Power BI, Looker, Pigment, Python, exposure to finance automation workflows, or experience using AI-assisted productivity tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
