  • Amazon has spent years building one of the world's most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) is building on that foundation with a bulk storage and distribution service for FBA sellers and innovating towards creating an integrated supply chain offering that can bring sellers' products from factory floor to customer doors seamlessly. The AWD org is looking for a Program Manager to support and drive the Voice of Seller (VoS) program. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, synthesizing
  • amplifying seller feedback to influence product and operational improvements across AWD. You will develop and maintain mechanisms to systematically collect seller insights—including pain points, feature requests
  • experience gaps—and translate them into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Product, Operations, Seller Support
  • Business teams to ensure the seller perspective is embedded in decision-making. This includes building scalable feedback loops, creating reporting cadences that surface key themes and trends
  • driving accountability for resolution of top seller issues. You will own the development of clear and concise write-ups, root-cause analyses
  • supporting content that help our wider organization understand the seller experience, identify systemic issues
  • prioritize the right investments. Additionally, you will support escalation workflows by triaging seller-reported issues, ensuring timely responses
  • tracking resolution through to completion. You will set the bar for how we listen to, respond to
  • advocate for our sellers internally. Key job responsibilities Capture & synthesize seller feedback across multiple channels (escalations, support contacts, surveys, seller forums) to identify recurring pain points, emerging trends
  • experience gaps impacting AWD sellers Develop and deliver root-cause analyses (RCAs) with clear, concise write-ups and supporting data that help cross-functional teams understand systemic issues, proposed paths forward
  • corrective/preventative actions Advocate as the voice of the seller in internal forums, product reviews
  • operational planning—partnering with Product, Operations
  • Seller Support teams to ensure seller insights drive roadmap prioritization and experience improvements Support executive escalation workflows (ESPR) by triaging seller-reported issues, coordinating timely responses
  • tracking resolution through to completion to maintain a high bar for seller experience Build and scale VoS program mechanisms from scratch, including feedback collection processes, reporting cadences, playbooks
  • KPIs (time-to-resolution, issue recurrence, seller satisfaction) to measure program effectiveness Create regular business reviews and stakeholder communications that connect individual seller issues to broader systemic opportunities, surfacing key themes and driving accountability for resolution across the organization A day in the life No two days are exactly the same. You'll balance reactive work (escalations, urgent seller issues) with proactive program building (processes, reporting, mechanisms). You'll context-switch between writing detailed RCAs and influencing senior leaders. And through it all, you'll be the person who ensures our sellers' voices are heard and acted upon.   • 2+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail
  • effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
