About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant In this role, you will: Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education University degree in Business or related discipline 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following Key Risk Indicators (KRI) administration, reporting and analysis Desired Qualifications: Quality assurance design and execution across all programs Operational loss analysis and reporting Enhance and maintain desktop procedures Credible challenge reporting and analysis for observations and recommendations Project Management Data Analytics and Insights using tools (and not limited to) - Power BI, Alteryx, Advance Excel/VBA/Macros, Python, SQL.
Job Expectations: Risk Reporting & Analysis Administration, reporting, and analysis of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Operational loss analysis and reporting to support risk awareness and decision-making Execution of credible challenge , including analysis of observations, trends, and recommendations Quality Assurance & Governance Design and execution of quality assurance (QA) frameworks across multiple programs Development, enhancement, and maintenance of desktop procedures and process documentation Project & Stakeholder Management Experience in project management , including planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams Ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively Data Analytics & Technology Skills Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in: Power BI (dashboards and reporting) Alteryx (data preparation and automation) Advanced Excel (VBA, macros, complex formulas) Python / SQL (data analysis and scripting) Ability to derive actionable insights through data analysis and visualization SharePoint Online Site administration Configuration Permissions management Integrated stack for development: Power Apps (Canvas development) Power Automate (workflow automation) Dataverse (data modeling + security) Power BI (reporting & dashboards Skills Required Demonstrate technical, functional, and job-specific knowledge required Constructively challenge the usual approach to doing things, and find new and better ways to do the job Excellent communication and relationship/partnership building skills Demonstrate a curiosity toward learning Consistently meet or exceed commitments Maintain high standards of performance Go above and beyond what needs to be done without being told Communicate clearly Posting End Date: 31 Jul 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
