- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Plant HR Head, reporting to CHRO. This critical leadership role will be based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Sanand, Ahmedabad employing ~ 1000+ employees
- you will be instrumental in shaping People Strategy and fostering a High-Performance Culture. Responsibilities & Key Result Areas: Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives. Talent Management: Spearhead Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning
- retention of key talent. Employee Engagement & Experience: Drive initiatives for high employee engagement, positive employee experience
- effective internal communications. Industrial Relations & Compliance: Expertly manage Collective Bargaining, Long-Term Wage Settlements, Contract Labour Management, Disciplinary Actions
- ensure robust Legal Compliance. Liaison with Government Authorities & Legal Practitioners. - Education: Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management. Additional Qualification in Law will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 20+ years of post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in Plant HR function.
