You will work closely with business leaders, IT, and teams across functions to design, deliver, and embed digital ways of working. In this role you will… Lead change management activity to embed new learning frameworks, processes and behaviours, partnering with leaders and managers to secure adoption. Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analysis to prioritise learning interventions and resources.

Lead design and delivery of digital capability-building programmes, including training, coaching and practical hands-on sessions. Partner with stakeholders to identify priority processes and opportunities for digital transformation. Define and apply simple, repeatable approaches for process discovery, improvement and automation.

Lead small cross-functional project teams to deliver digital solutions and ensure sustained adoption. Build and maintain governance, metrics and reporting that show benefits and progress. Coach leaders and teams to embed new ways of working and a digital mindset.

Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, such as business, technology, data, change, or life sciences.

Experience leading digital capability building, change programmes, or transformation initiatives. Practical experience with process improvement methods, business analysis or automation tools. Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technology groups.

Strong communication skills, able to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences. This role is hybrid based in the United Kingdom with an expectation to be on-site part of the working week

Preferred Qualifications

  • If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector and familiarity with regulated environments.
  • Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, PMP or equivalent change/quality credentials.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms or robotic process automation.
  • Experience designing digital learning or capability curricula and measuring outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation in a global or matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to track adoption and benefits.
