GTM Engineer

Granola spreads organically inside companies, often starting with a senior leader and quickly cascading across teams. About the Role You'll design and build the systems and automation that power our go-to-market engine.
This is a hands-on systems engineering role focused on building scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure. You'll own the technical layer that connects our data, tools, and workflows, and work closely with Sales and CS to make sure what you build actually moves the business.
This is not a Salesforce admin or a Clay enrichment role. What You’ll Do Architect the GTM systems that scale us Design and build the systems that power how we find, win, and retain customers You'll have real ownership: what we build, how it fits together, and how it scales Engineer the solutions, not just configure them Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic Work within our existing stack: Attio, Polytomic, Default, Trigger.dev , GitHub Continuously evaluate new tools and bring in what moves the needle Put AI & Automation to work Design and deploy AI agents across the GTM motion (e.g., account research, pre-call intelligence, personalised outreach) Wire it directly into our operational systems so it changes how the team works Power decisions with data Design the GTM data model (accounts, contacts and opportunities) Build and manage data pipeline, enrichment and integrations across the stack Be the bridge Partner with Sales, CS and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems Ship v1 fast, gather real-world feedback, and iterate What We’re Looking For Background & Experience 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
This would ideally be GTM / Revenue, but we’re very open to candidates with different experiences (e.g., FDE) and a GTM / Revenue interest Experience designing and scaling systems in a high-growth company Proven AI deployment experience (e.g., automations, agents, workflows) (Nice to have) Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript Skills & Traits Able to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into solutions Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable picking up our current tech stack and new tools fast Personal Characteristics A builder who gets energized both creating something from scratch Excited to work in-person in the London office Pragmatic and impact-focused Values working with people who are kind, ambitious, and collaborative Compensation: 100,00 -130,000 GBP + equity and benefits!
