Job Summary As a Weapons System Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission. You will evaluate system functional area performance data from Live Firings, Ground Testing, Simulation Exercises, and Real-World Events and produce system assessments.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires effective collaboration and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the Weapons System including its requirements and operations Define metrics and analyze data to assess system performance Provide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performance Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulations) by defining requirements and objectives, executing tests, analyzing system performance, and generating test reports Prepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadership Review and track software changes and system requirements May participate in the development of technical proposals for new and/or existing business opportunities Basic Qualifications High School Diploma plus 15 years of experience in Missile Defense System Analysis Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field counts as 4 years of experience Ability to travel up to 15% Candidate must be a US Citizen Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience in Fire Control analysis for a major Missile Defense System, including analysis of Flight Tests/Ground Tests, Simulations, and Real-World Data Proficiency in a high-level programming language (MATLAB, C/C++, Python, etc.) Demonstrated leadership and management skills Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR At KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
