The Hair Care team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Front Store Merchandising across 7,000+ locations. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience by driving data-informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
You will utilize and combine strong analytical skills with strategic thinking, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve category performance and grow market share. Key Responsibilities Support the develop of and execute pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies for assigned categories Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and category performance to identify opportunities and risks Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions Evaluate supplier performance, support negotiations, and facilitate promotional planning and related funding Lead new item setup and maintenance, including planograms , seasonal programs and mid-year updates Manage off-shelf and seasonal programs with suppliers and track performance reporting Build and present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership Partner cross-functionally to drive category growth initiatives Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape What You’ll Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into action with a sense of urgency Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, with and without direct authority Excellent organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong communication and presentation ski ll s , both verbal and written Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, analytics, or a corporate environment 3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights 3+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations Experience working with market trends and category performance analysis Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Outlook Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive business matters Preferred Qualifications Experience influencing senior leaders and driving decision-making Certified Professional Merchandiser (CPM) Master’s degree Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Additional Information Up to 20% travel may be required based on business needs Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
