Key job responsibilities As a Software Development Manager, you'll lead an elite team of development engineers to define, drive and execute on our product vision.
You will invent and ship software that directly impacts our end customer experience. You'll develop your team of highly motivated and talented builders who can collaborate with applied scientists, product managers, technical specialists, and principals across the company

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience - 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience - 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification

- Experience in Full Stack and Gen-AI development - 5+ years shipping production software with depth in distributed Python services, TypeScript/React desktop apps, or LLM-backed agent runtimes. - Strong Python and TypeScript/React, with Electron production experience. - WebSockets and event-driven streaming architectures. - LLM application engineering on AWS Bedrock or comparable platforms — agent frameworks, orchestration, and interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP) - Approaches for Memory and Knowledge graphs, semantic search, and vector stores. - Owns features end-to-end: tests, evals, telemetry, docs, code review. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
