About The Role
We are hiring a supervisor to lead a team that handles cloud operations for our partner sales ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing business processes of lead-to-cash sales cycle. The person in this role will guide the team, monitor daily operations, and ensure targets and SLAs are met.
You will focus on maintaining process quality, resolving escalations, and developing a team while delivering a strong partner experience
What You'll Do
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the cloud operations team.
- Understand end-to-end lead-to-cash sales ops cycle, with key focus on leads management & private offers creation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex private offers and partner-related issues.
- Collaborate with Alliance managers, Partners and Alliance operations team for smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics to maintain operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements, documentation updates, and automation initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
- Exceptional knowledge on Salesforce, AWS Marketplace transactions Create and maintain documentation for all the operational processes Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to offer optimization and implement improvements to drive marketplace growth.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and CrowdStrike's internal guidelines.
- Stay updated with latest marketplace trends and best practices.
- What You'll Need: Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing) 8+ years of overall relevant industry experience.
- Data Analytics Experience, Working with alliances and Sales operations Functions Fluent Salesforce.com user, strong understanding of custom objects (and customizing Sales Cloud), standard objects (user object, hierarchies) Experience with data loading tools like Salesforce Inspector and DataLoader.
- Experience managing or leading projects from the inception until the conclusion of the project.
