Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using Appian platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities Design and implement Appian-based solutions aligning with business requirements.

Develop workflows, processes, and applications using Appian tools. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Appian development. Optimize applications for scalability and performance. Actively participate in agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning. Experience & Qualifications Experience Required: 6–8 years of professional experience in Appian development.

Proven track record in designing and deploying Appian workflows and applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
