  • Define & analyze plans in last mile network for North America
  • Provide insight into optimized delivery network structure and collaborates with stakeholders for timely implementations.
  • Provide connections and attainment guidance based on last mile viability to stratify selected Metropolitan Service Areas (MSA) for launch in topology planning.
  • Proactively seek out network optimization improvements, building stakeholder buy-in and alignment from upstream and downstream partners.
  • Influence external teams to align with North America last mile program goals and capabilities, to deliver optimal last mile.
  • Ideate and unleash all potential solutions including tech for last mile delivery and prioritize those implementations to optimize for quality, speed, and cost to drive network efficiencies.
  • Lead and solve complex issues with various stakeholders and further coordinate with tech/product teams to enable tech/product enhancements.
  • Travel domestically up to 25%. About the team Amazon Last Mile Delivery is building a delivery strategy for both Urban and Rural areas in US. This role will help define Network Planning approaches to effectively provide these services.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
