- Supports Category Merchants, Inventory Planners and Local Team throughout the category review, promotions, and seasonal programs & processes with a focus on supplier & item data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Partners with Stores and Regional Operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience by efficiently and effectively solving MOSST & DataMonster Tickets.
- Provides a high level of service to business partners to ensure successful completion of supplier and item onboarding and offboarding. initiates and completes the set up for each item across various programs and systems such as SCP, IX-One, ICON, and IRMA.
- Initiates and completes Supplier Compliance Program (SCP) for each item.
- Validate item authorizations across the appropriate region and store designations are in place prior to product launch.
- New Item Setup includes assigning the appropriate designation for items across various fields such as Global/Regional/Metro/Subteam/Hierarchy.
- Researches and resolves item set up risk issues by checking various systems and partnering with teams for support on a timely basis. (SCP, IX-One, ICON, and IRMA)
- Monitors new item reports, surfaces issues
- executes changes/updates to completion for assortment readiness across all tools and systems. - Item Discontinuation actions. In service of our Store Team Members’ and Customers’ experience, we will swiftly and accurately resolve inquiries in our Data Monster and MOSST Ticketing platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint
- PowerPoint) - Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- effective communication abilities - Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
