Lyft will leverage our platform advantages and scale to enable the success of AV partners across the value chain, from AV technology providers to OEMs to fleet providers. This role will help shape the future of AV partnerships at Lyft by supporting the execution and day-to-day management of our most active partner relationships. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key commercial point of contact for partner working teams across multiple active AV partnerships, building trusted relationships at the working level that underpin Lyft's broader partner success
- Drive commercial momentum by preparing and executing partner working sessions, ensuring the right people are in the room, the agenda is sharp, and commitments are tracked and followed through
- Own the pulse of each partnership by proactively tracking commercial commitments and contractual milestones, flagging risks early, and keeping internal teams aligned before issues escalate
- Support Lyft's participation in regular partner operational reviews, ensuring commercial commitments and contractual milestones are accurately represented and any commercial issues surfaced are followed through
- Ensure deal value is fully realized by making sure Lyft's programmatic and operational teams are fully briefed on commercial terms, partner expectations

- Be the connective tissue between the partnerships team and the business by surfacing working level issues to leadership, developing solutions to problems

- Help build the foundation for scale by documenting AV partnership processes and best practices
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, project management, or a similar commercial role
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams simultaneously without losing precision on the details
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable driving alignment across diverse internal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Lyft professionally in partner-facing settings and internally with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a bias toward proactive communication
- Genuine curiosity about the AV industry and appetite to develop expertise in a fast-moving space
- Experience with AV, mobility, or enterprise technology companies is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise commercial processes — including how contracts, deployment plans, or reporting obligations work in practice — is a plus

- The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $118,000 - $147,500, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
