Job Title ECS Operations Specialist Role Overview The Operations Specialist is responsible for processing high-volume client requests by following standardized procedures and utilizing automation tools to improve efficiency.

The primary focus of this role is completing credit card processing requests accurately and efficiently. Most requests are initially handled through an automated bot workflow. When the automation cannot successfully complete a request, the specialist performs a detailed manual review, researches the data across multiple applications and completes the process according to established procedures.

What will you do as a ECS Operations Specialist : Manage recurring client inquiries that follow established patterns and documented workflows. Utilize automated bot workflows and related tools to support automated processing of routine requests.

Perform manual review and processing when the Bot is unavailable or unable to resolve an inquiry. Complete manual credit card processing requests accurately and within expected timeframes. Follow documented procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, validate, and complete client requests. Identify inquiries requiring additional review and escalate as appropriate. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and clients.

Adapt to new workflows, inquiry types, or process frameworks as business needs change. Basic Qualifications Atleast 5 years of experience in process-driven operations role focused on completing client requests accurately and on time. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow documented processes and standard operating procedures. Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize work in a transactional, process-driven environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience in client support, operations, payment processing, merchant services, or any role involving recurring transactional requests. Experience handling manual processing requests or recurring client inquiries.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office products Familiarity with workflow automation tools, Bots, or structured operational processes. Knowledge of credit card processing or merchant services. Ability to adapt quickly when processes, tools, or business priorities change.
