  • Position Summary
  • The Electrical Logistics Lead is responsible for planning, procuring, receiving, tracking
  • distributing electrical materials, tools
  • PPE to support construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, vendors
  • warehouse personnel to ensure crews have the right materials and equipment at the right time while maintaining accurate inventory and cost control.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Submit material requests and purchase requisitions to vendors.
  • Obtain bid-level quotes and review vendor pricing for accuracy and lead times.
  • Verify all ordered materials meet project drawings and specifications.
  • Track material requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and backorders.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming material shipments.
  • Manage laydown yards and electrical stock inventory.
  • Maintain and track company tool inventory.
  • Maintain PPE inventory and distribution for electrical personnel.
  • Coordinate and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.
  • Support field teams with material planning and forecasting.
  • Reconcile packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Promote safe material handling and warehouse organization.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
  • Journeyman Electrician (JW) license preferred, but not required .
  • Strong knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Experience reading electrical drawings, specifications, and material takeoffs.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) required .
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., work indoors and outdoors, and frequently walk, stand, bend, and load/unload materials.
  • The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
