- What You’ll Do
- We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, North America to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada, with deep operational ownership in the US. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team - oriented around the employee experience, systems, feedback loops
- continuous improvement. We are building modern people operations for a company at the frontier of AI infrastructure
- this role is a core part of that.
- This is an operator and builder role for someone who thinks in systems, cares deeply about data integrity, sees ambiguity as an opportunity to design something better
- is already using modern tools - including AI - as a natural part of how they work. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations (US)
- work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal
- Total Rewards across the region.
- End-to-end lifecycle operations across North America: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and leave of absence administration across all US states (and Canadian provinces) in scope.
- Workday data integrity for the North America population - keeping records accurate and current, understanding how upstream quality shapes the experience downstream for employees, managers, and Payroll alike.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiry handling across the region - responding directly, escalating thoughtfully to PBPs or Legal, and making sure every question gets a genuinely useful resolution.
- Own the operational partnership with Payroll on lifecycle transactions that affect pay - clear handoffs, reliable deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working through anything that doesn’t add up.
- Identify where workflows create friction, where manual work has accumulated, and where smarter design or automation would create leverage - then build the improvement and ship it.
- Contribute to operational readiness as CoreWeave expands its US and Canadian footprint, helping stand up the infrastructure that makes it possible to hire and onboard in new states and provinces.
- Help build the lifecycle processes and compliance documentation needed to support employees on federal government engagements as CoreWeave begins pursuing federal contracts - including E-Verify workflows and recordkeeping aligned to federal contractor requirements.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you touch - this function is actively being built, and the people in it shape what it becomes.
- Investing in our people is one of our top priorities
- we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. We’d love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what you’re excited to work on next.
- Who You Are
- Minimum Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with meaningful time in North America (US and/or Canada) employment lifecycle work.
- Multi-state US experience - you have administered lifecycle operations across all US states and Canada, and have real judgment about where you can standardize and where local context requires a different approach.
- US multi-state employment law fluency - you understand at-will employment frameworks, state-specific leave entitlements, termination and final pay requirements
- compliance considerations in practice
- have a strong sense of when a question belongs in your hands versus Legal's. Familiarity with Canadian provincial employment standards is a plus.
- Workday HCM experience - you have worked in Workday, executed lifecycle transactions, and hold yourself to a high standard on data integrity. Process design or configuration experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated process improvement instincts - you have looked at an inefficient workflow and done something about it: redesigned the process, automated a step
- built a template that made things faster and more consistent.
- FedRAMP or federal contractor experience - you have supported or designed employee lifecycle operations for employees working under federal government contracts
- understand requirements such as E-Verify enrollment and processing, personnel security or suitability documentation support
- recordkeeping aligned to OFCCP and federal contract compliance. Highly valued as CoreWeave prepares to support federal government contracts.
- High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack
- Preferred Qualifications
- Lifecycle operations experience across Canadian provinces.
- Workday business process configuration or process design experience.
- Background in a hypergrowth or AI-native company where the operating model was being built alongside the business.
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.
