Leveraged Finance Capital Markets Desk - Analyst

Responsibilities

• Organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans Providing support on day-to-day activity and live transactions, including Leveraged Loans, High Yield Bonds
• Private Debt for financing purposes including leveraged buyouts, M&A, refinancings
• recapitalizations Creating summary materials on market conditions Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends Recommended Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets
