" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a talented L2/L3 Support Specialist with a robust technical foundation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent client-facing skills, playing a key role in delivering high-level support and enhancing process efficiency
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support by tackling complex technical issues and ensuring swift resolution.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and performance optimization.
- Deployment and Configuration: Azure Infrastructure Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document processes, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Client Interaction: Leverage strong communication and client-facing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team setting, providing support for enterprise technical support, IT functions, or technical engineering.
- Mandatory skill set s: Proficiency in handling Azure Infrastructure s and managed ETL related deployments.
- Experience with AAS is beneficial.
- Preferred skill sets : Certification in one is mandatory (AZ 104 / AZ 204) Strong skills in documentation and reporting .
- A team player with the flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
- Years of experience required : 4 +yrs Education qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , IT, or a related field.
