Operational Support Senior Analyst – GPTPMS Position Overview This position is located in the Business Solutions Implementation team in the Systems Operations & Analytics group. The ‘Technology’ team of Business Solutions is responsible for supporting the bigger Global Procurement, Third Party Management, and Shared Services ( GPTPMS ) organization in a business analyst type of position playing a critical role in designing, implementing and supporting the key systems and technological roadmaps.

The whole team serves as an intermediary between our GPTPMS customers and the IT administrative teams. This specific role on the team will focus on direct customer interactions, primarily answering user questions, doing problem solving, and investigating issues through resolution.

The two main goals of this team are to maintain the day-to-day functioning of the systems, as well as develop new functionality and plans as demanded by process and project priorities. This individual will be part of the team responsible for building and executing GPTPMS strategic initiatives and will be responsible for coordinating with business/customers, application development, and operations teams to create a unified GPTPMS program.

This person will also work with appropriate personnel within GPTPMS to execute key communications, training and other critical knowledge transfer that has broad impact. They will work in close partnership with our IT partners, GP&TPMS leaders, and business matrix stakeholders to ensure that we understand both opportunities to continuously improve our technology and deliver strong information sharing.

Responsibilities Continuously learn and update knowledge on Ariba Source to Contract functionality and administration Continuously learn and update knowledge on the Icertis Contract Intelligence and Contract Lifecycle Management functionality and administration Continuously learn and update knowledge on the ProcessUnity risk and third-party management functionality and administration Monitor, investigate, and collaborate as required to investigate and address reported issues with the technological systems Provide quality and timely customer support for the users of the primary tools Identify , evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to reduce costs and increase process speeds for sourcing and third-party management by serving as functional subject matter experts in process improvement or enhancement projects or opportunities Work closely with the GP&TPMS leadership to understand and deliver on prioritized activities and goals Collaborate with other department teams such as change management and insights and analytics to ensure effective training, process documentation, tool adoption, usage, and data/reporting strategies Identify opportunities to increase the leverage of the technological capabilities and processes.

Participate in the review and approval of all critical development, testing, and rollout of key technological initiatives. Present and speak to large groups or in training environments about technological functionality Qualifications Required Skills : P roven ability to learn and adapt to new technology and technological solutions Experience learn ing how systems work, critically evaluat ing a process, and provid ing potential system solutions to support the process correctly A bility to juggle multiple competing priorities and handle new and uncertain scenarios Proven inclination towards problem solving and creative solutions Ability to collect and analyze detail to make data driven decisions Experience with technology implementations and operations are a plus Experience providing technological support to customers is a plus Strong written and oral skills along with history of teaching technological processes to users Bachelor’s d egree strongly preferred ; h igh s chool d iploma or equivalent required Demonstrate skill in executive presentation, negotiation, and collaboration Experience, Location & Hours of Work Experience , ideally 3-5 years Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
