Qualifications Total Experience Baseline: A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience within a commercial, product-led software environment. Hands-on Craft Heritage: At least 6 years of proven track record as an individual contributor (IC) focusing on Object-Oriented software design and distributed systems infrastructure. Management Credentials: A minimum of 3 years of experience explicitly managing, mentoring
- scaling high-performing, agile engineering teams. SaaS Acumen: Documented experience designing and operating web-scale platform systems, APIs, microservices
- foundational infrastructure services. Academic Threshold: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
