In This Role, You Will

  • Lead and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of digital assets and tokenization programs, driving execution across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives within CIB Operations Apply knowledge of digital assets, crypto market structure
  • tokenization, including industry developments and market infrastructure (e.g., DTCC), to inform program direction and implementation Translate blockchain and distributed ledger concepts (permissioned vs. permissionless networks, smart contracts, on-/off-chain processing) into scalable operational, risk
  • control frameworks Drive product and project management execution, including defining target state, roadmap, requirements, milestones
  • managing risks, dependencies
  • delivery governance Lead cross-functional execution across Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, ensuring alignment on requirements, integration sequencing, including onboarding
  • downstream dependencies Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation
  • Strategic Planning experience
  • equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in product and project management, including roadmap development, business requirements, governance
  • value tracking Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain
  • tokenization, including crypto market structure and emerging industry trends Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs Familiarity with market infrastructure and securities processing, including DTCC, Broadridge

  • Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
  • Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
