Wholesale Credit Risk Reporting Head
Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting & Technology (DART) is responsible for delivering risk information and analysis to help risk managers and senior management navigate complex risks and regulatory landscape and providing deep expertise in risk data and dimensions in the development and production of reports and analytics.
DART is structured into four risk reporting & analytics and limits monitoring team covering Wholesale and Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk. This is a leadership position within Risk Data Analytics Reporting and Tech (DART) team is responsible for overseeing Wholesale Credit Risk Management Reporting, US Regulatory Reporting and driving significant transformation and AI initiatives.
This role will be responsible for managing a team of 60+ people and will report into the Global Head of DART Key Responsibilities includes the following: Management Reporting: Overseeing the production of U.S. BCBS management reports for BIR risk management leads and other senior stakeholders and committees.
Regulatory Reporting: Overseeing the production of U.S. Regulatory reports and ensuring full conformance with the regulatory requirements Strategic Initiatives: Driving data plan initiatives across wholesale risk use cases Process Revamp: Strategically overhauling existing reporting processes to drive significant efficiencies.
Deployment of AI: Leading and drive AI deployment including Agentic AI for management reporting and limits monitoring. Talent Development: Growing the CSC, developing talent, and building a leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of senior level managerial experience Senior-level experience in risk and financial reporting Certifications such as CPA, FRM or CFA are a plus.
- Extensive experience in managing global projects.
- Proven ability to interact with senior leaders.
- Demonstration of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience with stress testing methodologies and their application.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing global projects and communicating with senior leaders.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, reflecting a progression from strong execution capabilities to strategic decision-making.
