What You Will Do
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Direct preparation for and execution of internal, customer, corporate, and regulatory audits, including FDA inspections.
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and cross-functional teams.
- Develop team leaders and employees through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, workplace organization programs, waste reduction, and cost optimization efforts.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams to improve manufacturability and support product launches.
- Resolve operational constraints, resource conflicts, and production challenges to maintain schedule attainment and on-time customer delivery.
- What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance metrics.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience manufacturing high-reliability electromechanical products.
- Experience applying Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, workplace organization systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.
- United States of America Pay Ranges: USN : $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
