Meet the Team The Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence team serves as an extension of several business-facing finance organizations, including BE, Sales, CX, and Corporate Finance. The Automation team within FP&A CoE partners with these stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies and AI solutions, driving operational efficiency and business excellence.

Your Impact Maintain and prioritize the pipeline of automation development projects with a defined process, deliverables, and timelines Develop reports and data automation primarily using Excel, VBA, Access and SQL, by drawing information from Cisco’s financial systems and ad-hoc data sources as needed.

Develop financial dashboards by demonstrating business intelligence tools like Business Objects, Micro Strategy, Power BI and Tableau. Handle, analyze, interpret sophisticated and vast data by leveraging AI tools or various technologies viz., R, Python, Access, Power query, Power pivots.

Automation to be crafted with ease of delivery for the end user, document automation to ensure back-up planning and help the end user refer it to edit the coding to reflect any changes in process. Take up ad-hoc projects and initiatives on an as needed basis; Identify performance improvement & lean opportunities Support and/or participate in project planning and communication for RPA initiatives Facilitate trainings to up-skill Finance Analysts on the technologies helpful for them in their regular deliverables.

Explore new technologies and leverage them for reporting in CoE. Minimum Qualifications Good knowledge of Excel, VBA, Python and SQL skills required; Experience in Data visualization leveraging Power BI, business process re-engineering & financial modelling Good knowledge of leveraging AI tools viz., GitHub Copilot, Claude etc 1 year of Finance & Automations experience preferred Experience working with Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis/Accounting teams Preferred Qualifications Must have strong analytical acumen, problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the Company and across multiple functional organizations.

Must have excellent partnering and influencing skills. Work well in a multi-functional matrix environment Strong self-direction and initiative; lead and drive for results; forward and proactive thinker Experience working on Robotic Process Automation projects Why Cisco?
