Overview We turn data into action for senior leadership, owning the analytics behind ABS+S commercial waterfall removal, price-increase execution, and pipeline visibility. This role translates discounting, list-price, renewal, and pipeline signals into clear performance narratives for Finance, Marketing, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), and Central Finance Team (CFT) partners, with the potential to extend into LxP analytics.
Our AI Business Solutions Finance team partners across engineering, marketing, and sales to drive revenue and adoption growth across AI & Business Processes organizations. We deliver actionable business insights and rigorous financial analysis to guide investments and growth, develop market frameworks, set market share targets, and foster deep cross-functional partnerships to inform strategic decisions and accelerate growth.
We’re looking for a AI Business Solutions & Security GTM Lead who enjoys building rigorous models, connecting pricing and pipeline signals to forecast, and partnering across finance and the field to turn analytics into action. Responsibilities Own the monthly Waterfall KPI Flash at ROB close, tracking discounting as the leading removal indicator and monitoring list price and Renewals-vs-Expirations (RvE). Model M365 price-increase impact and quantify contract value and revenue impact across products.
Build and maintain pipeline views, supporting the field and business with coverage, conversion, and risk insights that connect pipeline signals to forecast. Partner with Marketing, MCAPS, and CFT on waterfall methodology and pricing strategy.
Potential scope to extend analytics into Land + Expand execution Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
Experience with pricing analytics, discounting/waterfall analysis, or sales pipeline reporting. Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage competing projects/priorities in a dynamic fashion.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
